The bedroom available is 13" x 11" and comes with it's own private bathroom next door to the room. The room has a spacious closet and the bathroom also has plenty of storage. The room is furnished with a comfortable full sized bed, small tv, lamp, bed side table, air conditioner and tv stand. The utilities included are electric, gas, heat/hot water, basic cable tv and wireless internet providing you can set it up. I have a wireless router that can be used with a wi-fi card for your computer. Prefer someone who doesn’t do too much cooking. No overnight guests or parties and no pets please!
